  • Two top aides to South Korea’s president arrived in North Korea on Monday and met with the country’s president, Kim Jong-un, in a move to improve inter-Korean relations and to aid a dialogue between the North and the United States
  • These are the first South Korean officials to have met North Korean leader Kim Jong-un since he ascended to power six years ago
